



She starts on her belly, then goes to a push up (plank) position.
From there she sticks her little buns up in the air (downward facing dog).
And finally she drops onto her knees.
I have tried to explain to her that there are easier ways to get onto all fours, but she likes to do things her way - and what a cute way it is.
(Note on the photos: Audrey doesn't like to hold her poses for long, so it was hard to capture pictures that do justice to her unusual methods.)
